Shippings and returns
Shippings:
Due to COVID-19 and in order to keep our warehouse staff and their families safe, we are following the Indonesian social distancing regulations.
Your order will be shipped within 7 working days when you order before 12pm GMT+0. Please note this may cause delays in international shippings, estimated date of arrival will be within 10 to 20 working days from the day of shipment. Thank you for your understanding and your patience during this time.
Returns:
You have the right to return a purchased item and get a full refund within 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept returns under the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. Nevertheless as an environmentally conscious company we ask you to buy responsibly. We work really hard on reducing our footprint and carbon emissions. Therefore if you change your mind or are unsatisfied with the item please fill in the form or contact us at info@bealam.com with the subject “return” before you initiate a return process. We would like to offer you a better alternative than re-shipping the item back to our warehouse.
If, after contacting us, you still want to return the item please have the following into consideration; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@limaapparel.com with the subject “refund” and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
