Our fashion tech pack design services in Bali will include:
1. DRAWING:
- Flat drawing of the piece (as if the piece was lying on the floor). Front and back (ALWAYS). Side and inner drawing, only if there’s lining or seams that we cannot see on front or back drawings.
- Lengths and widths as accurate as possible (without numbers, just the drawing to be clear. For example, let’s say we’re doing trousers, we need to know if the leg is straight, fitted, bell-shaped, if the length is full length, an ankle cut, shorts, if the waist is high-waisted, low-waisted,... just by seeing the drawing).
- Where the seams go on the piece and whether they’re small, wide, active-seam... drawn with dashed lines.
- Accessories on the piece (pockets, buttons, badges, etc. well-placed and with an extension on the side if it looks too small to know which accessory we have to use, we need to know exactly the type of button or accessory you want to use on every piece).

2. DESCRIPTION:
- Detailed description of the piece (how it looks like. For example, let’s say we’re doing a T-shirt, we have to describe how the T-shirt looks like, including the seams, if it’s single or double layered, if it has lining if it has something different from a basic one, how long the hems are on sleeves and bottom, if it has a ribbed neckline/sleeves, if it’s rounded or straight cut, if it’s basic, fitted or oversized...).
  • Type of cut - Big lettering to make no mistakes.
  • Fabric or fabrics used for this piece.
  • Colour chart w/ Pantone number specified (especially if we have to dye the fabric) - CMYK or RGB works too.
  • What sample size is asked for the first sample.
  • Example photos (if any).
  • Size Chart (which sizes do we need for the production, and to make the masterpiece and grading).
3. GRADING:
  • Minimum one size, all specified to be able to make the masterpiece (size chart with A, B, C, etc. specified on a little drawing of the piece).
4. LABEL AND HAND TAGS:
  • Sizes (length and width).
  • Typo/s.
  • Color/s.
  • Where is it placed on the piece.
  • Any other specifications that could make the work and placement easier for the printing team are welcome.
